Today's quote I actually go straight out of Demi Lovato's latest book, Staying Strong: 365 days a year. It's a wonderfully book, if you haven't check it out yet, you can check it out here. This quote particularly I think is amazing. You can interpret it how ever you'd like, but I think it just means that so often and so quickly we look at someone and automatically judge them, and we shouldn't. There is so much more to a person than what they look like; take the time to find out what people are like. And as Demi so nicely said it, "Real beauty comes from kindness, virtue, and compassion. Seeing that kind of beauty requires more than just a casual glance."
