Everything and Anything.

Hey Everyone! I have a few new blog ideas which I will be testing out over the next few weeks. I want to do ideas like these (1) (2) (3). I have been buying a lot of summer clothes lately and might as well put them to good use.
For today though,  I just have a regular quote and a cute photo. I found these on tumblr the other day and I thought they would be nice for you guys to see. Also I feel like showing you guys things I think are nice it also letting you guys know more about me. I can answer all the questions you guys have, but this sort of gives you a more indepth understanding of me. Maybe that's just me, and maybe you all think I'm crazy but that's just what I think... Anyway here is the quote and picture I have for you guys.

I love this quote because so many people have different ideas of how a woman should be treated, but this is (in my opinion) is how women should be treated. We aren't your toys or prizes to show off. We deserve to be treated correctly. We shouldn't be used or mistreated. And if you do mistreat us, you don't deserve us. 

I also love this because everyone (almost everyone) has dreams to go places and travel around the world. We live in an exciting and interesting place. There is so much out there and we are offered so many opportunities, sometimes we just need to take those opportunities. Just go. Live your life and explore every nook and cranny of the world. I am relatively young and I haven't been to another country besides Canada. I'm ready to explore the world, and you should be too.

Fun Fun Question Time! *who u r*

10. Greatest Dream: I'm assuming the mean like aspiration, not like sleeping sort of dream. So my greatest dream is to become a successful independent women in whatever I do with the rest of my life. I don't want to just sit back and watch my life like a movie. I want things to matter to me and I want to be good and dedicated to what I do.
11. Biggest fear: I have a major fear of being isolated. I am okay with purposely choosing to be alone. But I'm afraid of people choosing for me to be alone and rejecting me. I've known what it's like to be forced to be alone and to choose to be alone, and I'd prefer the second option.
12. Hidden Talent: I can figure skate really well. I used to do it so much, and I was even number one in my division... But I broke my ankle three times and it never fit right back in the boot.

Lana Del Rey

So I'm going to do another post "Day in the Life" post, but also just some general info about Lana.
I recently, and by recently I mean like at the beginning of the month, went to a Lana Del Rey concert. And anyone who knows her or her music, knows how fantastic she is; she was even better in concert.

She did all of her best songs, like "Gods & Monsters," "Cola," "West Coast," etc. It was the most unbelievable experience. Everyone was cheering and singing along. My best friend and I went together and we were almost in tears at how beautiful she was. Even more exciting she has a new album coming June 17th. (I can't wait!!)

I really love this quote. I think it just says everything you want to hear. It's something to keep you going and to keep you motivated. Question Update!

Comillas, Spain.

As you can tell my the title todays blog is about Comillas, Spain. For anyone who doesn't know Comillas, Spain is a small town on the Northwest shore of Spain. I have been chosen to study abroad there for about a month this summer. That means a few things. Firstly, it will mean that I have new adventures and story to tell you all when I get back. I will make videos and take photos and it will be awesome. But another thing it means is I will be a month without internet, phone, or laptop. So I will always be writing and I will post everything when I come back, I just can't post when I am there... Which means I have two options. Option one: I can schedule things to be publish, obviously not once a day, but once a week or so. The only thing about that is I won't be able to share it on my Google+ page, and I've discovered most of you can't tell if I have posted something new if I don't publish it to my Google+ page. And the other option is just not posting anything at all for the whole month, but posting a lot once I get back. I haven't figured everything out yet, so let me know in the comments or email me if you have an option about it. And I will see you all tomorrow with a Q&A.

Big Plans.

This week I have a few big things happening. I have a few things I want to tell you guys. I have a "Day in the Life" post coming soon from two weeks ago, which I have failed at posting for you guys. I have a big trip coming soon which we need to talk about, and what I'm going to talk about today is about something that is coming tomorrow. Tomorrow at 1pm Eastern Time (New York/East Coast) I will be a main speaker in a project I have been working on with National Geographic. It has nothing really to do with this blog but I though for anyone who wanted to know about different aspects of my life could watch it. It will be broadcasted live on National Geographic's Google+ Page. I will also tweet out the link later. It's basically a one hour long chat with me, National Geographic, and some other kids around the globe about a contest we entered in. The featured speaker are all the winners or officials of this contest. Hope you guys can check it out if you're interesting. There will also be time at the end for people to ask us questions. I’m happy.

Sometimes in doing blogs or videos, or anything really, people can get caught up in the popularity of their content… And I'm no exception. But honestly, I shouldn't care. I joined Blogger to get my ideas out there. I was thrilled when my blog got 10 views, and now it’s several hundred. And I feel like somewhere along the way I got to focussed on how many of you there were and not about what I was sharing with the few of you that there are; and that shouldn't happen. Never should I be more concerned with popularity over content. So I'm here to say I'm happy. I’m happy with the few hundred views and the few followers I have. I’m happy that even one person is interested in my ideas. And I'm here to say thank you! It’s been a little over two months since I started this blog and I couldn't be happier with how it has turned out. So thank you, and see you guys next week with some fun news. :)

This one is probably the shortest piece of advice I've ever given but here it is. Three simple rules to live by.

Catch Up Time.

I think I have come up with a plan for you guys. I have been going crazy trying to do all different kinds of post so you can have a variety. But I also feel like while trying to do that I've just made it crazier for myself, so after saying that I have found a way to make it easier for you guys and me. I have made cute little nicknames for each day of the week (minus the weekends) and from that each day will have a specific topic. So let's begin. 

For Mondays I think I am going to do just random little rants or stories, so I'm calling it "Mix it up Mondays." For Tuesday I'm going to start doing my Sharing the Love posts or Day in the Life posts. Tuesdays are now going to be "Talk about it Tuesdays." Wednesdays I haven't come up with a good name yet but I'm going to start answering questions either that you guys send me or that I found in tags (I'll let you know when I think of a name). Thursdays is going to be "Think about it Thursday" because I'm going to be doing quotes or questions that you guys can interpret yourself. Sort of a day were I let you guys be the writers and thinkers. And last but not least, Friday! Friday's are going to be really random, like Monday. I'll do little tags or something that you guys want me to do. It will be called "Fun for all Fridays."

Obviously for things like Monthly Favorites or anything like that, the schedule will not be followed, but I figured if now I have a schedule I don't have to freak out about what I am going to be writing each day. Also now you guys will know what I am writing on a day to day basis, and we will all be on the same page. Yay! So glad I figured this out, see you all tomorrow with some questions I answered.

Monsters and Fairy tales

I know I sort of talked about this topic last week, but I  have a new approach to it this week. We all grew up with monsters and fairytales. Whether it was the evil bogeyman under your bed, or the princess who was stuck in a tower, we know monsters and fairy tales, and we thought they were real. But though we thought they were done when we grew up, they never really went away. They are still here, you just don't know it. Happy endings aren't always real, and sometimes the bad guy wins, but that never means to give up. You face your demons and monsters, and like the hero you can be, you slay your dragons. I read somewhere once "Fairytales are real, not in the sense that dragons exist, but dragons can be killed." So go out with your courage and your armor and fight your way through life. You are the hero to your own fairy tale, you don't need anyone else.

Sharing the Love: Words of Emotions

I don't know if any of you go on tumblr a lot, but I love it! (Check out my tumblr on my contact page.) I recently came across a blog called "Words of Emotions," which I have been obsessed with. They only do quotes or picture quotes, which I love because tumblr has great photos but I have also found some of the best quotes there (like the photo above.) and these quotes are so true and relatable, and they just get you thinking, you know? Quote of the Day: May 6

I know "YOLO" was a big thing in 2012 and 2013, and it probably still is today. And for anyone who doesn't know, "YOLO" means "You only live once."  And though this quote is similar, I think it just has so much more meaning. So many people can be like "YOLO!" and then do something stupid, but I don't think that that is what this quote is saying. This quote is saying so much more. Don't just live your life like "YOLO." Live it like "YOLO" but while doing something meaningful and worth doing. Tell me in the comments below what you think of this quote. Too Much Information

I feel like I’m always giving you guys other people or things to check out, but besides questions I answered a while ago I haven’t really told you anything about me. So I found a lot of bloggers and YouTuber’s doing the too much information tag and I figured I’d hop on the van wagon and do it too.
